Ne-Yo beware! There's a new R&B pop crooner in town who may be ruling the charts very soon.

His name is Lee Charm and he sure knows how to deliver a tender ballad. Check out the radio-ready "D.E.T.O.X," a near-perfect R&B pop gem with its instantly-catchy piano riff and Charm's sweet vocals. This track could very well be a popular staple on American pop and urban radio stations if ClearChannel's programmers give it a chance.

The New Jersey singer started his career singing in church, which led to a brief stint on Radio Disney. He finetuned his songwriting craft while performing at industry showcases around the country together with artists like Ciara and Sean Paul.

Charm is currently putting the final touches on his debut album, titled "Prince Charming," that will available in download stores in October.
